Support

Support the study that gives everything back

A test free forever. Data open to science. Someone has to pay for that — and we would rather it be the community than a compromise.

WHERE THE FUNDS GO

The SoundDNA research layer is statutorily free — and it has real costs: application and database infrastructure (servers in the EU) · scientific validation (analyses, retests, comparison modules) · language adaptations with back-translation · community tools. Eventually these costs will be carried by the service layer (certification, reports) — but until it launches, the project grows on the strength of its community.

A transparency commitment: we publish a periodic summary of what the support was spent on — in plain language, without creative accounting.

FIVE WAYS TO SUPPORT (money comes third)

1. Take the test and bring others. Every reliable result is a brick in the research base — support that cannot be bought. Until launch: join the waitlist and pass it on.

2. Share your profile. #ShowYourSoundDNA — every shared result invites new listeners and increases the diversity of the sample.

3. Support financially. [mechanism: to be added — one-off or recurring] Every amount matters; no amount buys influence over the results — financial support carries no voice in methodology or certification. We say this openly, because it is the foundation of credibility.

4. Contribute skills. We are looking for co-creators: application development, psychometrics and data analysis, content and community, language adaptations. Contribution terms are agreed openly, in writing — details on the Contact page.

5. Industry partnership. In the audio business? See the For the Industry page — certification pilots and partnerships are support that builds the standard.

Thank you — by any of the five roads. A project of this scale is not born of a budget; it is born of enough people believing it is worth it.
